Between Serge Prunier and Sabrina Cossat-Mesuret they have over 35 years of experience manufacturing and selling equipment for the meat processing market using commercial grade materials. After the closure of Gudin in March 2004, Serge Prunier took over control of the brine pump and spare parts salting equipment business, first based in Romainville (93) near Paris before moving to Vendays-Montalivet (33) in the Medoc region of France.
Since the beginning of 2015 the commercial meat processing equipment company Prunier has been renamed Prunier-Mesuret. Ready to serve you for the next 35 years !
